How to use metallographic microscope

Metallographic microscope is made by the principle of reflected light. When working, it uses the illumination beam to shoot from the objective direction to the surface of the object to be observed. After being reflected by the object surface, it returns to the objective for imaging. It is specially used to observe the metallographic structure of opaque objects such as metals and minerals.

How to use all phase microscope?

1. If conditions permit, it is suggested that your laboratory should have three prevention conditions: shockproof (far away from the source), moisture-proof (using air conditioning and dryer), dust-proof (laying the floor on the ground); Power supply: 220 V ± 10%，50HZ； Temperature: 0 ° C—40 ° C。

2. When focusing, do not make the objective touch the sample, so as not to scratch the objective.

3. When the center of the circular hole of the stage gasket is far away from the center of the objective lens, do not switch the objective lens to avoid scratching the objective lens.

4. Brightness adjustment should not be too big or too small. It will affect the service life of the bulb and damage the eyesight.

5. All (function) switching should be light and in place.

6. Turn the brightness down when power off.

7. Non professionals should not adjust the lighting system (filament position lamp) to avoid affecting the imaging quality.

8. Pay attention to high temperature when changing halogen lamp to avoid burning; Be careful not to touch the glass of halogen lamp directly with your hands.

9. When not in use, the objective lens is adjusted to the lowest state through the focusing mechanism.

10. When not in use, do not cover the dust cover immediately, and cover it after cooling. Pay attention to fire prevention.
