Olympus microscope in packaging and transportation

As a precision optical instrument, Olympus microscope should pay attention to its packaging and transportation. If it is not handled properly, the eyepiece and objective of the microscope will be damaged. Therefore, great attention must be paid to the packaging and transportation of Olympus microscope.

The packaging of Olympus microscope is divided into inner packaging and outer packaging. The inner packing is to put the microscope in a special packing box. Olympus microscope is firmly fixed in the box to ensure that the wooden box will not be loose when it is overturned or vibrated. The lens box should also be firmly fixed in the box. The manual, attached accessories and other things should be packed in the box, so as to ensure the completeness of the microscope. There should be a list in the box for checking. Finally, lock the box.

Outer packing is transportation packing. The packing cases can be thick cartons or wooden cases. But no matter what kind of box, there should be no cracks, corrosion and other phenomena. The size of the box should be one set, two sets or four sets according to the needs, and the box should be dry. For high and intermediate metallographic microscopes, it is better to have one set. Especially for the very expensive products of microscope, there should be moisture-proof paper around the inner packing box, and corrugated paper should be padded between the boxes and put into the outer packing box.

After the completion of the outer packaging, the surface of the box should be marked with precision microscope, handle with care, not upside down, upward, moisture-proof and other words.

In transportation:

(1) When Olympus microscopes are transported in short distance, they should be placed at the front of the vehicle as far as possible. Soft objects should be padded and fixed under the instrument box, and then covered with tarpaulin.

(2) When carrying the Olympus microscope, the microscope should be placed in the correct position in the box and fixed firmly. When carrying the box in hand, do not shake it to prevent the instrument from being hit in the box
