Introduction to the requirements of microscope for light and observation

When using the microscope, you should pay attention to the light before you can observe it. The main requirements in the light and observation are as follows:

To the light

Turn the converter so that the low power objective is aligned with the through hole (the front end of the objective should be kept 2 cm away from the stage).

Aim a large aperture at the through hole. The left eye is fixed in the eyepiece (the right eye is opened, drawing at the same time). Rotate the reflector so that the light is reflected into the lens barrel through the through-hole. Through the eyepiece, you can see a bright white field of vision.

observation

Put the slide specimen to be observed (or it can be made of thin paper printed with "6") on the stage, and press it with the pressing clip. The specimen should face the center of the light hole.

Rotate the coarse collimation screw to make the lens barrel descend slowly until the objective is close to the slide specimen.

The left eye looks into the eyepiece, and at the same time turns the coarse collimation screw in the opposite direction, so that the lens barrel rises slowly until the object image is clearly seen. Then rotate the fine quasi focus screw slightly to make the image clearer.
