Printer calibration

Four 10 million image cameras shoot at the same time. Set the detection area to print the four corners of the sample paper.

Gray contrast is used to identify different measuring shapes such as ink dot, standard line and right angle.

The deviation position data from each measurement shape to the paper boundary are calibrated respectively. Each calibration data is measured and sent to the printer to calibrate the printer printing parameters.

After calibration, print the sample paper again to confirm that the printer calibration is qualified.
